Training and Seminars
Acid Stain USA offers seminars cover stamped concrete, acid stain application, and spraydowns. We will pour concrete, color, and stamp it. We will spray concrete, using stencil and taped patterns in our spraydown methods discussion. Marketing, job layout, and troubleshooting will be covered. All attendees must be paid in full 7 days before the seminar date to be considered registered for that seminar. A DIY'er who has a particular job can receive a 2 hour mini-class to cover the bare basics of acid stain application. This mini-class is usually given from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the day of your choice. Product purchase at the time of training is required. Tool Rental
At our distributor location in Houston, Texas, we have other neccessary tools and supplies for a complete decoratuve concrete job available for rent or purchase. Large Scoring Saw w/tracks - Used for decorative scoring such as tile patterns and borders. Rental includes; 44 linear feet of guide tracks, 5 track weights, saw cart, and saw. 7" and 4.5" diamond blades are available for purchase, but are not included in rental.
Small Scoring Saw - For decorative scoring of concrete. Perfect for small areas not accessible to the large scoring saw. No track available. Blades available for purchase, but not included in rental.
Floor Machines - 17" floor machines for cleaning and prep work. Attachments avialable include: Sanding drums, Pad drivers, and heavy duty grit brushes.
Pressure Washers - Several Sizes and pressures available for hard surface cleaning and prep work.
Grinders - 7" grinders for concrete prep work and heavy duty surface removal. 7" and 4" cup blades not included in rental are available for purchase.
14 Concrete Stamp Patterns - Ashlar Slate, Random Stone, Cobblestone, European Fan, New Herringbone Brick, Yorkstone, La Habra 24" Slate, Three Rivers (seamless), Slate (seamless), Caesar Stone (seamless), Roman Slate (seamless), Brick Border, and 2 specialty mats the 48" Compass Rose, and the 36" Inca Sun. there is more information about each of these sets in the table below.
